The Cat's Eye Nebula, also known NGC 6543 and Caldwell 6 is a planetary nebula in the Draco constellation. Apparenly an alien race orginated from that nebula, however it's never made clear what race. How it was written seems to indicate it might not be Progenitors, but this can't be confirmed. It's seems to indicate the Attas are they.
